Do I need a UPS or FedEx account to ship with you?
No. Walk in with the package and an address. No account, no membership, no minimum.
Which carrier is cheapest?
It depends on the box size, weight and destination. That’s why we quote all four — for a small light package USPS usually wins, for a heavy box UPS or FedEx Ground usually does, and for international it’s often DHL.
Can you pack it for me?
Yes. Packing is what we’re best at, especially fragile, oversized and awkward items. If we pack it, we stand behind it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL international, with customs paperwork completed in store.
Can I insure a valuable item?
Yes. We add declared value coverage and document the contents and packing at drop-off, which is what claims actually turn on.
