We’re an independent shipping store, not a UPS franchise, so we can’t scan Amazon QR codes yet. Choose the drop-off option that gives you a prepaid UPS label and everything after that is on us.

In the Amazon return flow, pick the UPS drop-off option. Amazon emails you a prepaid shipping label. Skip any option that only gives you a QR code — we can’t process those yet.
We pack it free
Bring the item loose. We supply the box and materials and pack most items at no charge. That is the part a drop box or a locker will never do for you.
We print the label
Forward the label to the store email or show it on your phone and we print it at the counter.

A dated drop-off receipt with the tracking number, so a refund dispute is a five-second conversation.

Before you drive over
Can I use an Amazon QR code here?
Not yet. We are an independent shipping store rather than a UPS franchise, so we cannot scan QR codes. In the Amazon return flow, choose the UPS drop-off option instead and Amazon will email you a prepaid shipping label, which we accept.
How do I get a label instead of a QR code?
When Amazon asks how you want to return the item, pick the UPS drop-off option. Amazon then emails you a prepaid shipping label. That is the one to bring us.
Do I need to bring a box?
No. Bring the item loose and we box it. Packing is free on most items.
What if I cannot print the label?
Forward it to the store email or show it on your phone and we print it at the counter.
How do I prove I returned it?
We give you a dated drop-off receipt with the tracking number. Keep it until the refund posts.
