Before you drive over

Do I need an appointment?

No. A notary is on site during all business hours — just walk in and you’ll be helped right away.

What should I bring?

Valid, unexpired government photo ID and the document you need notarized. Don’t sign it beforehand — you sign in front of the notary.

Can you notarize loan and closing documents?

Yes. We handle refinance packages, closing documents and lender forms. Bring the full packet.

Do you have a witness if I need one?

We can often provide a witness, but it’s best to call ahead so we can be sure someone is available.

Can you copy and ship the notarized document?

Yes — copies, scanning and overnight shipping are all available in the same visit.
