Most shipping damage starts with the box. We pick the right size, cushion every side and seal it so it arrives the way it left.
Fragile & valuable
Dishes, glassware, electronics, artwork and heirlooms. We wrap, cushion and double-box when it needs it.
Oversized & awkward
Lamps, mirrors, golf clubs, car parts. If it doesn't fit a standard box, we build one around it.
Boxes & supplies
Packing it yourself? Pick up boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape and mailers at the counter.
Free packing
Choose UPS drop-off in the Amazon app and bring the item in. Packing is free on most items.

Do I need an appointment for packing?
No. Walk in any time we're open and we'll pack it while you wait or have it ready for you.
Can I bring my item without a box?
Yes. Bring it as-is and we'll size the box and packing materials around it.
Can I buy boxes and pack it myself?
Yes. Boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape and mailers are sold at the counter.
Is Amazon return packing really free?
On most items, yes. Choose UPS drop-off in the Amazon app. If the free drop-off option doesn't show up, bring it in anyway and we'll help you sort it out.
How much does packing cost?
It depends on the size of the item and the materials it needs. Ask at the counter and we'll give you a price before we start.
Is there anything you can't ship?
Carriers restrict some items, like hazardous materials and certain batteries. If you're not sure, call ahead and we'll check for you.
