Before you sign up
When does my mailbox start?
Mailbox service begins when we open on December 1, 2026. Your 3 prepaid months start the day you pick up your keys, not the day you pay.
What do I need to open a box?
Two forms of ID, one with a photo (like a driver's license plus a lease, vehicle registration or insurance card). USPS requires a signed, notarized Form 1583, and we notarize it free.
What happens after 12 months?
Founding Members keep $14.99/mo for the first 12 months. We'll let you know the renewal rate before your lock ends.
Can I use it for my business or LLC?
Yes. Business boxes give you a professional street address for your website, Google listing and bank paperwork.
What if I change my mind before opening?
Call us before December 1 and we'll refund your prepayment in full.
